Island Park is known for great hiking and fishing, but is popular for many boating and power sports activities. You can rent ATVs, boats, jetskis, and snowmobiles from several companies in the areas. Have your own toys? The lodge has parking capacity for them. Want something slower? Take a kayak, stand up paddle board, or tube for a leisurely float down the river while looking for eagles and moose.

Check out local events for Island Park, Idaho. You can find live music and festivals in summer and winter, check out theater productions at the Playhouse, or go to West Yellowstone to watch a movie at the giant IMAX theater or visit its adjacent Grizzly and Wolf Center.

Whether you are brand new to snowmobiling or an expert looking for challenges, Island Park has something for you. Hundreds of miles of trails cover the area from Ashton to Island Park to West Yellowstone, with groomed trails for beginners and wild backcountry for the experts.
Nestled Inn provides ample room for sled parking on site (we have had guests bring in as many as 12 so far) or you can rent them from businesses such as High Mountain Adventures in Island Park itself. The cabin is a great starting point for your adventures, and you can snowmobile straight from the cabin to Island Park’s network of trails.
Get your pulse elevated by exploring the trails of Saint Anthony's massive sand dunes. Whether for just a few hours or a full day, this is fun and thrilling experience.
